Product Feature:
1. Motor and grinding rotor mounted on a common chassis, through the coupling from the motor direct drive.
2. Rotor passed the dynamic balance experiment, can work on both forward and reverse sides, running smoothly.
3. the feeding inlet on the top of the grinder match with various forms of Feeding mechanism, and the blades are arranged symmetrically.
Working Principle:
The material to be crushed is fed from the feed port through the feeding mechanism, guided by the feed guide plate,from the left or right into the crushing chamber, in the high-speed rotation of the hammer cutting hit function, the material gradually grinded and discharged through the conveyor so that ensure the crushing quality and meet the environmental standards.

1. This series of wood chipper consists of frame, blade roller, upper and lower feed roller, conveyor belt, hydraulic system and other parts. Frame and shell are made of high strength steel plate welding, and there are fly blades installing on blade roller.
2. Upper feeding roller assembly can float up and down within the prescribed scope under effect of hydraulic, in order to achieve function of cutting raw materials with different thickness. Materials after cutting will discharge through screen hole, those which don't meet the requirement will be cut again in machine until reaching standard.
3. The chipper machine can chop different raw materials to required size, such as: log, wood branch, veneer, bamboo, etc, widely used in the biomass pellet plant.
