How Alfalfa Pellets Are Made By Feed Pellet Mill?
Alfalfa / Hay Grass → Crushing → Drying → Pelletizing → Cooling → Alfalfa Pellets → Packaging
The moisture of the alfalfa hay should be dried to around 15%. Both higher or lower water content can affect the qualtiy of produced alfalfa pellets. For mini to small scale production, dry in the air is ok. For middle-large size alfalfa hay pellet plant, dryer machine is suggested to improve the production efficient.
